In the App: We do not directly collect personal information from you. However, limited information may be collected automatically by third-party services to provide core functionality (ads, purchases, stability):

• Device information (model, OS version, language, approximate location)
• App usage data (session length, basic in-app events, crashes)
• Advertising identifiers (Apple IDFA / Google Advertising ID)

Collected data may be processed by our partners (e.g., Google AdMob) under their own privacy policies.

On the Site: We may collect information you voluntarily provide (for example, when you subscribe to a newsletter or make a purchase), such as your name, email address, shipping details, and order information. We may also use standard analytics tools to understand traffic in aggregate (e.g., page views, device/browser type). Cookies or similar technologies may be used for essential site functions (e.g., cart) and analytics.

Newsletter delivery may be handled by an email service provider; payments are processed by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Shop Pay, PayPal). We do not store card numbers or sensitive payment data on our servers.

3. Game Data

Your progress, scores, rewards, and settings are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the App removes this local data from your device.

4. Advertising

The App may display in-app advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (e.g., Google AdMob). These partners may process device identifiers, app usage, and approximate location to deliver relevant ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud.

On Apple devices, you may be asked to consent to tracking for personalized ads. If you decline, non-personalized ads may still be shown. You can remove ads at any time by purchasing the ad-free version within the App.

Some ads are optional: you may choose to watch rewarded ads in exchange for in-game benefits (e.g., gems, retries, or boosts). These ads are always voluntary.

5. Purchases

In-App: Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card data.

On the Site: Storefront purchases are securely processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment information.

6. Children’s Privacy

QuestCaster is intended for players of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Site (e.g., newsletter signup), please contact us so we can remove it.

7. Data Sharing and Security

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers to operate the App and Site (e.g., advertising, payment processing, email/newsletter delivery, analytics). These providers are obligated to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
